M.Molly lashes ships throughout the continental United States. We offer standard free shipping via US Postal service.

How long does the standard shipping take?

The shipment of your order via Standard, free of charge, USPS shipping will ordinarily take 5-7 business days. Please, note that business days don’t include Holidays and Weekends.

Orders received after 12 PM will be processed the next business day, orders placed on Weekends will be processed the following Monday.

M.Molly cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, caused by any events outside of our control, such as labor strikes, transportation failures, any disruptions in normal business operations of the common carrier, as well as natural acts. M.Molly lashes should not be liable for any damages caused by the delay of delivery due to the events outside of our control. Ordinarily, our delivery obligations shall be deemed discharged once the delivery goods have been transported to the common carrier, and reasonable arrangements have been made for the delivery to the customer with an email notification to the customer. The customer will receive an email notification of the delivery with the tracking number.

How long does it take to process my order?

In our warehouse all orders are processed during 2-3 business days.

Does M.Molly offer an option for delivery?

All customers during the check-out can opt for free of charge delivery only in the areas of Glendale and Burbank (Los Angeles, CA).

Does M.Molly offer an international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this point we do not offer international shipping of our products. We are sorry for any inconvenience it might cause.

Return Policy

M.Molly offers its customers a full refund for any deliveries that contain damaged items. However, for the refund to be processed, the product returned should be in an unused packaging. Any return shipping costs incurred by our customers will be refunded in full with the entire purchase price.

M. Molly in no event shall be held liable for any lost or stolen deliveries. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure providing an operational address within the US to avoid any issues in receipt of the orders with us.
